On behalf of the ACI Arizona Chapter Convention Committee, we invite you to join us at the ACI Fall 2013 Convention, October 20-24, 2013 in Phoenix, AZ, at the Hyatt Regency and Phoenix Convention Center. At the convention, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of industry codes and standards, network with many of the world's leading concrete professionals, and learn about the latest in concrete technology while fulfilling your continuing education requirements. We have created an educational and technical program that will cover several angles of the convention theme, "Innovation in Conservation." Convention Highlights include the Student Competition, and the Concrete Mixer at the Arizona Science Center. Additionally, we have put together a guest program with tours of historical and local landmarks to help you experience everything Phoenix has to offer. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to host the convention, and look forward to sharing the culture, architecture, culinary scene, and attractions that Phoenix has to offer.
The Western OSHA Education Center will be there and is hosting "Contractors Day" on Tuesday, October 22nd. We will be bringing in a lunch speaker from Federal OSHA to discuss OSHA's directions in the construction industry.
