CII - Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) Facilitation Certification

Learn how to implement the tool that has revolutionized front end planning and markedly improved performance on major construction project costs, schedules and virtually all operational characteristics. This course focuses on how and when to most effectively employ the tool. It will overview details about the PDRI and its use, and include advanced facilitation instruction incorporating a hands-on PDRI facilitation exercise; use of the PDRI software tools will be demonstrated. The class will also be applicable to implementation of the FEED MATRS tool as well. The class is the first step in becoming a Certified PDRI Facilitator.

Certification is optional and includes a written exam, which will be offered at the end of the class and a subsequent take-home PDRI exercise focused on a real project that will be evaluated by the course instructors prior to certification.

Attendees will receive 1.2 continuing education credits, informational handouts. The first two (2) sessions are mandatory. The third session is the certification exam and must be attended if you would like the certification.
